By participating in this competition, entrants agree to the rules set out below.

  1. This competition is open to all legal residents and/or legal citizens of South Africa in possession of a valid identity document and who are over the age of 18 years. In addition, the following people shall not be eligible to participate in this competition:
    1. Directors, members, partners, promotional and advertising agents, merchandisers, employees or consultants of Nestlé (South Africa) Proprietary Limited (“Nestlé”) and the organisers of the Competition.
    2. People who are not legal residents and/or legal citizens of the Republic of South Africa.
    3. Spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of the persons specified in 1.1 above.
    4. Persons under the age of 18 years.
  2. The competition shall commence on 5 June 2017 and will end on 31 July 2017. No entries received after 31 July 2017 will be considered.
  3. Only one prize will be awarded per household.
  4. Mechanics

    To participate in this competition, entrants must adhere to the following:

    1. Retailer Mechanic:
      1. Buy ANY MILO 250g or 500g product during the promotional period at any participating retailer of the products in South Africa.
      2. SMS the unique code found on the participating product and your name to 48428.
      3. Entry costs R1.00, free minutes do not apply.
    2. Potential winners will be selected from a random draw. The draw to select the grand prize winners will take place on 1 August 2017 at Nestlé’s offices located in Bryanston, Johannesburg.
  5. The Prizes:

    Participants in this competition stand a chance to win:

    1. Daily Prizes:
      1. Their share of R100 000 in airtime (the value of each airtime prize won by a single participant will range from R10 to R30);
      2. 1 of 1000 cash prizes valued at R200 each.
    2. Grand Prize:

      Champion Training at Supersport Soccer School for a year, with a total value per child of R10 501.80, which is made up of:

        1. 2 training sessions per week for 1 whole year, valued at R10 080; and
        2. 1 Set kit valued at R421.80.

      A total of 10 grand prizes will be awarded to 10 lucky participants.

  6. How to claim your prize if you are one of the winning participants:
    Airtime Winners:

      1. Winners of the Airtime prizes will receive an instant notification of the value of the airtime they have won on the entering cellular phone number. Airtime prizes may only be redeemed by PRE-PAID and Top Up account holders only. Airtime is available for the following Networks – Vodacom / MTN / Cell C and 8ta. The airtime voucher code will be automatically loaded on their prepaid cellular phone number used to enter into the competition. All potential winners who entered this competition using a fixed/closed contract line will be required to send through an alternative prepaid number to which the airtime voucher code should be loaded.

    Cash Prize Winners:

    1. At the time that a potential prize winner is identified, the potential prize winner will receive a telephone call and an SMS from a representative of Nestlé or a partner agency of Nestlé (the “TCCFUSION”) at which point he/she may be required to answer a few questions regarding his/her eligibility. In addition, the potential prize winner will be requested to submit certain documents such as proof of purchase (till slips) and a copy of his/her ID and/or driver’s license to the Nestlé representative within 48 (forty eight) hours of receiving a call from the Nestlé representative. The SMS auto-reply will request the participant’s copy of their ID or valid passport for receipt of their R200 cash prize. The copy of ID or driver’s license may be emailed to TCC Fusion at callcentre@tccfusion.co.za or sent via WhatsApp to 0714704329 or faxed to 086 733 8659 as advised in the SMS. Only till slips evidencing that a participant purchased a participating product during the promotional period will be regarded as valid proof of purchase. Should a potential prize winner not have a valid proof of purchase, the prize will be forfeited and a runner up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to the terms and conditions herein.
    2. The potential prize winner is not an actual winner until his/her submission is validated and his/her documents are completed and submitted to Nestlé representative within the time specified in 6.2 above. If a potential prize winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or fails to submit the required documents within the time specified in 6.2 above, the prize will be forfeited and a runner up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to the terms and conditions herein.
    3. If Nestlé or the organisers of the competition are unable to reach any of the potential prize winners within 72 hours of their name being drawn, for whatsoever reason, including incorrect telephone numbers or inoperative telephone numbers, such winner will be disqualified and a runner up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to the terms and conditions herein.
    4. Once the participant’s details have been validated, payment of R200 will take place within 7 days from the date of successful validation of the details. Winners will be paid via the FNB eWallet using the below method: Note: Winning participants must please ensure that they are close to an FNB ATM (less than 30 minutes away) before proceeding with the following steps as the ATM PIN will expire after approximately 30 minutes. A new ATM PIN can be requested after expiry of the first one should you not make it in time.
        1. Dial *120*277# to access the eWallet;
        2. Select ‘Withdraw cash’ and then ‘Get ATM PIN’;
        3. You will receive an SMS with an ATM PIN;
        4. At the FNB ATM press the green button (enter/ proceed) on the keypad OR select Cardless Services;
        5. Select eWallet Services;
        6. Key in your cell phone number and select Proceed;
        7. Key in the eWallet ATM PIN you requested and received via SMS;
        8. Choose the applicable cash amount;
        9. Make sure that either your transaction has ended or that you press ‘cancel’ before leaving the ATM.

      Grand Prize Champion – Training at Supersport Soccer School for a year:

      1. At the time that a potential prize winner is identified through the random selector draw held on the 1st August 2017 at Nestlé’s offices, the potential prize winner will receive a telephone call from Nestlé or TCCFUSION at which point he/she may be required to answer a few questions regarding his/her eligibility. In addition, the potential prize winner will be emailed the SuperSport registration form to complete and submit back by email, together with certain supporting documents, which documents will include: ID copies of both parents, the child’s birth certificate and proof of purchase (till slips).
      2. The potential prize winner is not an actual winner until his/her submission is validated and his/her documents are completed and submitted to the Nestlé representative within 5 working days of receiving the mail containing the SuperSport registration form. Once all the required documents have been received and verified by the Nestlé representative, the prize payment will be made to the SuperSport School within 5 working days and proof of payment will be issued to potential prize winners.
      3. If Nestlé or the organisers of the competition are unable to reach any of the potential prize winners within 72 hours of their name being drawn, for whatsoever reason, including incorrect telephone numbers or inoperative telephone numbers, such winner will be disqualified and a runner up finalist will be deemed the potential prize winner subject to the terms and conditions herein.
  7. General
    1. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    2. Nestlé shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed or electronically corrupt entries for any reason whatsoever.
    3. Nestlé reserves the right to disqualify any claim if fraud or cheating is suspected, including without limitation, through the manipulation of code or otherwise frequently falsifying data.
    4. Nestlé may require the winner to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to enable Nestlé to ensure compliance with these rules. Should the winner be found not to have complied with these rules, he/she will automatically be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited. Winners may also be required to sign acceptance of prizes and indemnity documents.
    5. The prize/s are not transferable, and no substitution or cash redemption of prizes is permitted. The prize will not be handed/awarded to a third party, but only to the verified prize winner.
    6. Nestlé reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with any other prize of comparable or greater commercial value for whatever reason.7.6.     7. By entering this competition you authorise Nestlé and the promoter, to collect, store and use (not share) personal information of entrants for communication or statistical purposes. You are entitled to decline any marketing communication by emailing consumer.services@za.nestle.com OR Dial *130*7445*1#. Any personal data submitted by you will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and Nestlé’s privacy policy.
    8. The winner or participants may be required to take part in publicity campaigns for broadcast or publishing purposes. Winners or participants shall at all times be entitled to decline the above request. Winners or participants that take part in any publicity will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for such publicity or otherwise. All publicity and other materials will be the sole property of the promoter.
    9. The organisers of the competition reserve the right to cancel or postpone the competition at any time. No participant shall have any resource or any claim against Nestlé as a result of: (a) any amendment to these terms and conditions; (b) Nestlé’s cancellation, termination, suspension or postponement of the competition; and/or (c) Nestlé’s inability, despite attempts, in line with these terms and conditions, to reach a participant.
    10. Nestlé reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    11. Product images depicting the prizes are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual prizes.
